01The service on this page

clinesd.com does one job: it gathers cabin bags and travel gear into a single catalogue, measures the printed dimensions against what carriers publish for the cabin, and lets you put together a list that opens on Amazon.ca when you are done. 02Where a sale actually takes place

This site sells nothing. There is no checkout, no button that takes a payment, and no moment at which you enter into an agreement with us. The step that matters happens after you leave: a purchase made on Amazon is a contract between you and Amazon, on Amazon’s terms, and we stand outside it.

03Figures on the page, and when they were read

Where a price or a star rating appears, it was copied from the Amazon listing on the date shown beside it. Amazon revises both without warning, at any hour. The only price that governs is the one in Amazon’s cart at checkout, and an item can also sell out before you look. No figure on this site is a promise of price or of stock.

04Cabin allowances are guidance, never a guarantee

Carriers change cabin allowances by fare, by route and by aircraft, and what happens at the gate is theirs to decide. Every frame on this site was read from the carrier’s own published material and carries a date, but it remains guidance: the rules attached to your booking outrank anything here. If a bag is refused, charged or sent to the hold at the gate, that outcome rests between you and the airline.

05Outbound links, paid and unpaid

Links to Amazon can pay us a commission if a purchase comes from them — the affiliate disclosure page sets out the mechanics in full. Other links may lead to third-party sites we do not run; once you have left this site, what you find there is beyond our control.

06Ownership of the text, the marks and the data

The words, layout and code on this site are ours or licensed to us, and may not be reproduced wholesale. Airline names, codes and logos belong to their owners; they appear here to identify published allowances and imply no partnership or endorsement. Product photographs and listing data come from Amazon and remain the property of their respective owners.

07Uptime, accuracy, and limits on liability

We work to keep the site correct and reachable, but it is offered “as is”, with no promise that it stays up or stays free of mistakes. As far as the law permits, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss caused by using the site. No part of these terms sets a limit on liability that the law does not allow, and nothing here subtracts from your statutory consumer rights, which prevail in every case.

08Governing law, and how to reach us

This agreement is covered by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that operate in Ontario, and the courts of Ontario have jurisdiction over any dispute that reaches that stage.
