About
The measuring is the point of the shop.
Clinesd keeps two shelves and a measuring stick, plus a list that finishes at Amazon’s checkout. We read what the carriers publish, keep the gear that fits and reviews well, then pass the list onward when you say so. No payment ever happens here.
01In one paragraph
Clinesd holds two shelves — 27 cabin bags and 25 travel essentials — and one measuring stick: the cabin allowances of 20 airlines. It is not an airline, not an agency and not a checkout. There is no account to open, no mailing list to join, and no payment form on any page.
02What the list does
- You add products. A tap on add keeps the product in a list that lives inside your browser; it is never sent to any server of ours.
- You pass the list along. One button opens Amazon.ca with the same products and quantities waiting in its cart.
- You finish on Amazon. Price, delivery, payment and returns all sit with Amazon, under Amazon’s terms.
03How products get picked
The sort starts with shoppers: Amazon rating first, review count second. After that comes the practical question — does the thing actually work? For a bag, that means the maker’s printed dimensions clear a real gate sizer, not just look tidy in a photo. Anything that misstates its size or falls apart in reviews does not make the cut.
04Where the airline numbers come from
Every frame is copied from the carrier’s own published cabin-baggage rules and carries a date. We re-read them as airlines shift the goalposts — usually alongside a fare change — and where an allowance depends on the ticket, the airline’s page says so.
05The honest limit
Your booking is invisible to us, so no page here can promise what your particular fare allows. A bag that clears a frame in our table can still be stopped at the gate by a fare rule. The numbers are a strong, dated guide — the confirmation attached to your ticket outranks every figure here.
06Money, and independence
Amazon commissions are the site’s only income. Nothing else funds it, and the browsing stays free. A commission never shifts what you pay, and it has no vote on what is listed or how it ranks.
Neither airlines nor Amazon take any part in editing this site. Carrier names and codes appear only to identify the allowances being described.
